Fonroche Lighting America, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Public Relations & Media Relations Manager to lead PR and earned media efforts across local to international outlets.

You will craft compelling story angles, manage media outreach for projects and milestones, and build strong journalist relationships while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and executives to elevate our solar-powered lighting brand. The role requires 4+ years in PR/media relations with a proven ability to secure coverage

Qualifications

• 4+ years in public relations, media relations, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Proven track record of securing earned media coverage.
• Strong experience pitching journalists, editors, and producers.
• Excellent writing, research, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Strong media relationships and ability to develop new ones.
• Highly persistent, proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute PR and earned media strategies for major projects and company initiatives.
• Identify compelling story angles and pitch local, regional, national, trade, and international media.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and industry publications.
• Write press releases, media advisories, pitches, talking points, case studies, and other PR materials.
• Coordinate interviews, media visits, photography, video, and other materials to support media opportunities.
• Manage media outreach around project launches, installations, ribbon cuttings, and milestones.
• Translate technical topics into compelling stories for broader audiences.
