Golin Ketchum is seeking an Account Executive, Client Management to join our Corporate Reputation team. You will act as day-to-day contact for a large B2B professional services client and help plan and implement integrated communications programs.

You will develop written materials, research media lists, and coordinate account activities while expanding knowledge of the client’s business and competitive landscape. Omnicom and Golin Ketchum value collaboration and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in a public relations agency or a similar position; technology, B2B or professional services experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Proven ability to take initiative and apply critical thinking to assignments.
• Positive attitude that contributes to the team and agency culture.
• Ability to work in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Support one of the company’s largest clients in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment.
• Act as day-to-day client contact for a large B2B professional services company; foster client-agency trust.
• Plan and implement account activities including media relations, desk-side briefings, program implementation, and integrated communications.
• Develop written materials such as client correspondence, press releases, and executive reports.
• Research and compile high-quality media lists and industry knowledge relevant to the client.
• Lead account support: meeting agendas, action items, and monthly activity reports.
• Develop and monitor program plans; report status to client and agency teams.
• Deepen understanding of the client’s business and competitive landscape; present strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate research methods and internal/external resources; facilitate teamwork.
