Job summary

Wireside-Communications in Boston (hybrid) is seeking a PR Account Executive to manage day-to-day client accounts, execute tactics and produce deliverables across national and international programs.

You will write pitches, briefs and bios, staff interviews with media and analysts, and contribute to agency marketing efforts while growing professionally. Travel may be required, with 3 remote days and 2 in-office days per week.

Responsibilities

• Pitch, staff interviews between media, analysts, bloggers and client executives; book press tours and secure placements.
• Identify, pitch and secure speaking engagements and awards opportunities.
• Write and edit pitches, talking points, briefing sheets and bios for clients.
• Conduct internet research and provide sound recommendations.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ high-tech businesses to inform PR counsel.
• Attend client meetings and prepare activity reports and presentations.
• Review junior team work and ensure client-ready materials; lead programs as assigned.
• Contribute to agency marketing efforts including social media and WordPress updates.
• Travel may be required.
