Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business intelligence, financial analysis, or product analytics.
• Ability to build complex analytical models and translate outputs into clear strategic recommendations for senior audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI platforms; SQL experience strongly preferred.
• Experience partnering with pricing, product, or go-to-market teams on decisions with measurable commercial impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex analysis concisely and persuasively to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools into core workflows with demonstrated examples.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transaction and shipment data to surface mix shifts, margin trends, and growth patterns by segment, channel, and solution family across the Trystar portfolio.
• Develop market sizing models and opportunity maps informing solution prioritization from Finance outputs.
• Conduct structured win/loss analysis in collaboration with Sales and Application Engineering.
• Track competitive intelligence and synthesize findings into quarterly senior leadership briefings.
• Provide analytical support to price realization tracking and margin diagnostics by segment and channel.
• Prepare inputs for market sizing and scenario analyses to defend pricing strategy.
• Develop buyer personas by segment and application to align all five OM roles.
• Collaborate with OM-Operations/Supply and OM-Services on demand trends and market context for planning.
