Job summary

Crowe is seeking a M&A Post Merger Integration Manager in our Technology Advisory practice to lead complex integration efforts across the merger lifecycle. You will translate deal objectives into executable plans, drive cross-functional delivery, realize synergies, and stabilize operations after close.

You will work with private equity firms and strategic buyers, develop integration roadmaps, and present dashboards to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Experience leading complex workstreams or projects in consulting or industry.
• Strong PM, process analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration engagements across pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, 100 days, synergy realization, and post-close stabilization.
• Direct IMO activities and cross-functional workstreams for complex, multi-functional, cross-border transactions.
• Develop integration roadmaps, governance structures, milestones, dependencies, and decision processes with client leadership.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation, resolve barriers, and maintain accountability for priorities.
• Support operational analysis and due diligence to identify risks and value-creation opportunities.
• Support technology integration planning and execution across ERP, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating model.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, synergy tracking, and steering committee materials.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, quality and coach teams; coordinate client, target, and third-party teams.
• Assist with proposal development and ongoing tooling/methodology improvements.
