Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced M&A Post Merger Integration Manager within its Technology Advisory practice in the United States. You will lead complex integration efforts across the merger lifecycle, translating deal objectives into executable plans with private equity clients and strategic buyers.

You will steer cross-functional delivery, manage risk, and guide post-close stabilization and synergy realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional industry or consulting experience, including leading complex workstreams or projects.
• Experience with ERP implementations or other technology integrations in M&A or transformation settings.
• Experience developing and executing cross-functional integration plans; private equity or strategic buyers experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration engagements across pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, first 100 days, synergy realization, and post-close stabilization.
• Direct Integration Management Office (IMO) activities and cross-functional workstreams for complex, multi-functional, cross-border transactions.
• Develop integration roadmaps, governance structures, workplans, milestones, dependencies, and decision-making processes with client leadership.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation, resolve barriers, and maintain accountability for priorities.
• Support technology integration planning and execution across ERP, data, cybersecurity, and IT operating model.
• Prepare and present executive dashboards, status reports, and synergy tracking for steering committees.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and coaching of consultants; coordinate client and third-party teams.
• Support proposal development and tooling/methodology enhancements.]
