Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking an In Space Management Specialist to set up new accounts and refresh POS displays and racks. The role oversees POS and In Market Execution across locations, ensuring planograms are followed and that displays are deployed correctly.

You will work with field teams to station materials, verify displays, and coordinate with store contacts. This position emphasizes efficient execution, physical work, and adherence to standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 12 months of work experience.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Fills and adjusts shelves, racks, displays, products, and equipment and places POS items where requested.
• Inspects work area for cleanliness and adherence to the plan-o-gram.
• Communicates sales opportunities to sales team or customer.
• Prepares and loads onto the company vehicle the necessary equipment and POS materials.
• Greet store contact and review the reset plans.
• Review the complete set with store contact and obtain sign-off on the reset request form.
• Maintain POS and In Market Execution areas in spoke locations.
• Report gaps in POS delivery or excessive inventory.
