Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a Merchandising Solutions Specialist to optimize POS inventory, drive speed-to-market for POS elements, and manage the intake process supporting our digital store and coupon creation. You will report to the Merchandising Solutions Manager and own the POS intake workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of Coke Florida coupons and provide data for reports.
• Ensure marketing invoices are processed for payment or reimbursement.
• Manage POS inventory intake with shipping and fulfillment partners for local/national programs.
• Represent Coke Florida on system workstreams and special projects as needed.
• Provide frequent status updates with strong organizational skills.

What You Will Do

The Merchandising Solutions Specialist will maximize efficient use of Point of Sales (POS) inventory and drive speed to market execution of POS elements. This role will report to the Merchandising Solutions Manager; specifically taking ownership of the POS intake process supporting our digital store, coupon creation and departmental accounts payable processes. In addition, this role will support the procurement and communications related to special request from the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of Coke Florida coupons and providing data for related reporting requests from internal stakeholders
• Ensure all marketing department invoices are properly processed for payment and/or reimbursement
• Manage POS inventory intake processes with our shipping and fulfillment partners for all local and national POS programs
• Represent Coke Florida on key system workstreams and special projects as needed
• Strong organizational skills, as you will be required to provide frequent status updates
• Self-starter with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record for delivering sustainable results
• Effectively communicate & build relationships at all organizational levels
