Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience across office, retail, and industrial properties.
• Knowledge of building operations, repairs, and major systems.
• Experience preparing operating and capital budgets and reviewing financials.
• Ability to manage 30–40-property portfolio with strong client service.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and property-management software.
• CPM, RPA or similar designation preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a diverse CRE portfolio.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, tenants, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of client objectives and provide recommendations.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, inspections, and system performance.
• Develop budgets and manage per approved budgets.
• Review monthly financials, GLs, AR/AP, and variances.
• Prepare financial reports and operating updates for clients.
• Coordinate annual operating-expense reconciliations and lease administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve property performance and asset value.
• Maintain property records and compliance documentation.
• Travel to assigned properties as needed.
