Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management across grocery-anchored retail centers, mixed-use, office, and flex properties.
• Support leasing activity and tenant relations across the portfolio.
• Coordinate maintenance operations with on-site staff.
• Ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.
• Assist with budgeting and financial oversight in coordination with the accounting team.
• Manage the portfolio independently with a high degree of autonomy.
• Take full accountability for property performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Partner with ownership on asset-level decision-making and strategy.
