The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Portfolio & Planning, PMO & Organizational Effectiveness in Atlanta. The role translates enterprise priorities into practical methods, templates and governance to drive disciplined execution across HR and organizational units.

You will partner with Finance, People Intelligence and HR teams to deliver strategy-to-delivery outcomes, lead diagnostics and governance reviews, and build reusable portfolio tools supporting executive decision making.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Psychology, Organizational Development, Behavioral Sciences, or related field required.
• 10+ years of prior relevant HR Operations for a large-scale organization required.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Expertise in business consultation with a proven track record of developing solutions for complex scenarios required.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, and communications required.
• Knowledge of total rewards, succession planning, and organizational capability & development.

Mansioni

• Design and maintain enterprise planning and portfolio methods to orchestrate long-range planning and ABP delivery.
• Develop portfolio scenarios and budget/forecast analysis with Finance, ensuring disciplined recommendations.
• Lead OE methods, diagnostics, governance reviews and capacity planning aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Translate PMO direction into standards, tools and templates for consistent delivery across LOs and HR teams.
• Create executive materials and use AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and reusable methods.
