Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Psychology, Organizational Development, Behavioral Sciences, or related field required.
• 10+ years of prior relevant Human Resources Operations for a large-scale organization required.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Expertise in business consultation with a proven track record of developing solutions for complex scenarios required.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, and communications required.
• Knowledge of total rewards, succession planning, and organizational capability & development.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Planning and Portfolio Methods: Design and maintain practical methods that support planning, intake, taxonomy, prioritization, stage gates and delivery-health routines.
• Portfolio Scenarios, Benefits and Decision Support: Develop portfolio scenarios, partner with Finance on budget/forecast analysis, own benefits-realization method.
• Organizational Effectiveness Methods and Delivery: Design OE methods, lead diagnostics, governance reviews and capacity planning.
• PMO Community and Capability Building: Translate enterprise PMO direction into standards, tools, routines and learning.
• Executive Materials, Analysis and Digital Fluency: Produce options, implications and recommendations for senior leaders with data-backed evidence.
