The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Director, Portfolio & Planning, PMO & Organizational Effectiveness to translate enterprise priorities into practical methods, routines and disciplined delivery. You will design and run the portfolio operating system, standards and benefits methods, partnering with Finance, People Intelligence, People Services, OU and HR teams to move priorities from decision to delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 10+ years of HR operations experience in a large-scale organization.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, and communications.
• Knowledge of total rewards, succession planning, and organizational capability & development.

Responsabilidades

• Design and run integrated planning and portfolio methods (LRP to ABP) with clear standards and routines.
• Develop portfolio scenarios and budget/forecast analysis in collaboration with Finance.
• Own the benefits-realization method and enable adoption evidence from start.
• Build OE methods and toolkits for diagnosis, governance and decision rights.
• Translate enterprise PMO direction into practical standards, tools and learning for the PMO community.
• Create executive materials and analyses, and leverage AI-enabled tools responsibly.
