Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Director of Portfolio & Planning, PMO & Organizational Effectiveness to turn enterprise planning into practical tools and disciplined delivery. You will design the portfolio operating system, PMO standards, benefits methods and OE practices that move priorities from strategy to execution.

You will partner with Finance, People Intelligence, People Services, and HR teams to translate direction into usable methods, analytics and hands-on support, ensuring momentum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as required.
• 10+ years of HR Operations experience in a large-scale org.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven track record in complex solution development.
• Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and communications.
• Knowledge of total rewards, succession planning, and organizational capability & development.

Responsibilities

• Design and run portfolio operating system, PMO standards, benefits methods and OE practices.
• Translate enterprise direction into methods, tools and support for initiative owners.
• Partner with Finance, People Intelligence, People Services, OU and HR teams to keep priorities moving.
• Develop portfolio scenarios and budget/forecast analyses with financial discipline.
• Own benefits-realization method and set success measures from start.
• Lead OE methods, diagnostics, design sprints and governance reviews.
