Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, life sciences, technology, operations, or related discipline.
• 15+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare/tech/operations.
• Experience in portfolio management, program management, or business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide input to strategic roadmaps and translate strategies into actionable priorities.
• Lead portfolio governance, investment priorities, and resource allocation.
• Oversee cross-functional programs from strategy to benefits realization.
• Develop executive reporting and portfolio reviews for senior leadership.
• Establish and lead a PMO or Enterprise Portfolio Management function.
