BMO U.S. seeks an experienced investment management professional to provide high-quality sales and service, fiduciary guidance, and strategic leadership for portfolios within the branch and regional team.

You will develop investment proposals, participate in client meetings, and drive integrated business development strategies. The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of equity and fixed income markets, and MBA or Finance certification preferred.

Qualifications

Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree.
MBA or Finance certification preferred.
In-depth understanding of portfolio management and asset mix.
In-depth knowledge of fiduciary law and tax issues affecting investments.
In-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develops investment proposals and participates in meetings with prospects/clients.
Provides investment management and fiduciary expertise for assigned portfolio.
Recommends business priorities and strategic initiatives to senior leaders.
Performs analytics to resolve strategic issues and informs decision making.
Leads change management programs and stakeholder communication.
Oversees data governance and reporting to support performance insights.
