Job summary

BMO Wealth Sales & Service is seeking an experienced professional to lead investment management activities, develop proposals, and drive strategic initiatives for a broad portfolio. You will collaborate with relationship managers, across the branch and regional teams, to deliver superior client experiences and manage investments with fiduciary responsibilities.

The role requires deep knowledge of equity and fixed income markets, attention to regulatory detail, and strong data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent.
• MBA or Finance certification preferred.
• In-depth understanding of portfolio management, fiduciary law, and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops investment proposals and participates in meetings with prospects/clients.
• Leads strategy, governance, and vendor relationships for the program.
• Defines business requirements for analytics & reporting to inform decisions.
