Job summary

Symbotic, a leading AI-enabled robotics and software platform company, seeks a Senior Program Leader to bring structure and predictability to a portfolio spanning hardware, embedded software, and enterprise systems. You will set standards, lead major initiatives, and influence C-suite decisions while aligning product development with enterprise capabilities.

You will guide programs from concept to deployment, oversee risk, and champion standardized program management across teams, including

Qualifications

8+ years of related work experience in technical program and product management.
Proven ability to lead multi-program portfolios of complex hardware/software.
Experience presenting to C-suite and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

Own integrated program management standards: governance, stage gates, templates and cadence.
Oversee portfolio with integrated scope, schedule, budget, resourcing and dependencies.
Lead the most complex companywide initiatives from business case to delivery.
Present portfolio status, risks, and recommendations to the C-suite.
Guide programs from concept through product introduction, ramp, field deployment and sustainment.
Govern engineering change across deployed base and feed back to roadmaps.
Connect product development to enterprise systems (PLM, ERP, MES, warranty, field service).
Coach PMs and use AI tools to improve planning and risk spotting.
