Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Senior Program Leader to bring structure and predictability to programs that combine robotics hardware, embedded software, and enterprise systems. You will set the standard for integrated program management across the company and boost the effectiveness of program managers and leaders who own day-to-day execution.

You will navigate a dynamic portfolio, surface risks, and ensure the right people own the work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, Engineering, Mathematics or related technical field.
• 8+ years in technical program and product management.
• 3+ years leading multi-program portfolios of complex hardware/software products.

Responsibilities

• Own Symbotic’s integrated program management standards and cadence.
• Oversee a portfolio of hardware, software, and enterprise programs with single view of scope, schedule, budget.
• Lead complex companywide initiatives from business case to delivery.
• Present portfolio status and recommendations to the C-suite and drive decisions.
