Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Sr Portfolio Manager to oversee the department portfolio and roadmap, coordinating with project managers, program managers, and product teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

You will lead intake and prioritization, manage risks, and collaborate with Finance on budgets, while mentoring teams to improve delivery and drive business value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
• Acceptable areas of study include Business Administration, Project Management, Program Management or related field (Preferred)
• 4-7 years Experience in leading, assessing, or working in some facet of the project life cycle. (Preferred)
• 4-7 years Experience with SDLC; industry-leading knowledge of Portfolio management. (Preferred)
• Less than 2 years Experience leading virtual or other teams. (Preferred)
• Experience with Share Point. (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains the department portfolio and roadmap. Compile information with PMs, PMs and product team to keep portfolio updated.
• Drive cross-functional teams to understand roadmap, constraints and dependencies.
• Maintain launch calendar for visibility of all launch activities.
• Provide monthly senior-level executive portfolio status updates.
• Mentor colleagues and leadership on portfolio intake and prioritization processes.
