Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks an experienced Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) lead to define and advance portfolio processes, align initiatives with corporate goals, and drive data-driven decision making across governance, technology, finance, and transformation functions.

You will partner with executive teams, shape KPIs, report on portfolio health, and steer backlog for continuous improvement, ensuring value realization and effective execution of strategic programs while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 4–6 years related experience.
Experience in governance, program management, and transformation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Lead design and continuous improvement of SPM processes and drive tool adoption.
Deliver executive communications, governance updates, and decision-support materials.
Coordinate across process owners and interfacing teams to align strategy and execution.
Validate designs and ensure scalable requirements.
Prioritize backlog and advance governance capabilities.
Provide insights on portfolio health, value realization, risks, and outcomes.
