Duke Energy is seeking a Lead Portfolio Management Specialist to coordinate end-to-end planning within the Midwest Power Grid Operations. This role focuses on ECO cycles and the rolling five-year capital plan, requiring collaboration with Program Owners and business units to ensure alignment of roadmaps, budgets, and objectives.

Hybrid role with three days in office; travel 15-25%; relocation assistance possible. Visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 8+ years in related field.
• Alternative: HS/GED with 12+ years related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated expertise in portfolio management and strategic roadmap development.
• Certifications in PMI, CMII, AACE, or Utility licenses are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Consult with Program Owner to align roadmaps, plans and budgets with strategic objectives.
• Develop strategic program roadmaps and consolidate plans at enterprise level.
• Monitor and maintain the Strategic Program Roadmap of potential solutions.
• Align project roadmaps to the Duke Energy plan and address data gaps.
• Annually assess the Strategic Program Management Plan for assigned programs.
