Job summary

Duke Energy seeks a Manager of Real Estate Portfolio Management to lead a multi-state portfolio of 2,400 facilities, including 300–350 in-flight projects. You will drive the 5-year capital plan, coordinate with PMCoE, and ensure process adherence for prioritization, scoping, and funding readiness.

You will oversee teams across RE and partner with senior leaders to optimize value, manage risks, and deliver projects aligned with company strategy and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Project Management training.
• 5+ years in Project Management or Project Development.
• Experience supervising a diverse work group internal and external.

Responsibilities

• Lead Portfolio Management resources, processes and programs for RE.
• Develop and implement Project Development processes and governance.
• Track, monitor and report progress; identify and mitigate risks.
• Align portfolio strategy with business goals and funding procedures.
