Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Architect to shape and govern enterprise-wide architectures across multiple ServiceNow domains. You will provide advisory leadership during pre-sales, align portfolio priorities with business strategy, and oversee enterprise-scale deployments in collaboration with the Customer & Partner Excellence team.

You will drive architecture governance, reference architectures, and multi-year roadmaps while mentoring delivery teams and partners to scale platform

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in enterprise architecture and portfolio governance.
• Ability to shape enterprise strategy at the C-suite level and translate multi-domain decisions into executive narratives.
• Experience guiding architecture artifacts, roadmaps, and governance across large multi-product portfolios.
• Familiarity with AI integration within enterprise architectures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as architectural authority on customer engagement teams across ServiceNow domains.
• Define and govern enterprise-grade ServiceNow architectures using TOGAF or equivalent standards.
• Build strategic relationships with product owners and customer architecture teams to influence roadmaps.
• Engage with senior leadership to shape enterprise architecture vision and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead executive architecture workshops and portfolio governance reviews.
• Develop and refine enterprise architecture frameworks and reusable reference architectures.
• Mentor architecture capabilities across delivery teams and partners.
