Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Minneapolis, MN seeks an experienced AI/ML Program Delivery & Lifecycle Manager to lead end-to-end programs across multiple workstreams. You will drive Agile delivery, manage budgets and risk (RAID), coordinate AI engineering, data, architecture and QA teams, and serve as the primary interface between stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities include governance, responsible AI adherence, KPI tracking, and cross-functional team

Qualifications

• Must have technical/functional skills in AI/ML program delivery and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum project management for enterprise-scale programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI workstream delivery (planning → execution → monitoring).
• Manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, resources.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Act as primary interface between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and responsible AI adherence.
• Coordinate across AI engineering, data, architecture, QA teams.
• Track KPIs (timeline, quality, business outcomes).
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor coordination.
• Identify & mitigate risks, issues, dependencies (RAID).
• Lead cross-functional AI teams and delivery model execution.
