Qualifications

• Experience working with large datasets to support business decision-making.
• Proficiency with Python, PySpark, or AWS.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language and software development concepts.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience identifying business challenges and recommending data-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, frameworks, or cloud-based technology platforms.
• Experience gathering, interpreting, and documenting business requirements.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Proven experience executing and documenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience with Generative AI tools, GitHub, and Copilot.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial and regulatory reporting and analyses to maintain controls over reporting processes.
• Leverages business/product expertise to analyze large datasets, improve risk-adjusted returns, and communicate conclusions.
• Applies predictive models and data to develop segmentation and targeting for acquisition and portfolio strategies.
• Works with partners to design, develop, and monitor test designs and analytical reporting.
• Collaborates to assess credit risk appetite and establish governance and procedures.
