Job summary

PNC seeks a highly analytical Portfolio Analytics & Strategy Specialist for Retail Data Solutions & Delivery. Based in Pittsburgh, PA or multiple locations, you will develop data-driven solutions to enable strategic decision-making across Retail Banking.

You will collaborate with business partners, product owners, and technology teams to deliver insights, test designs, and AI-assisted development, leveraging Python, PySpark, AWS, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Master's degree and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• PhD and no prior professional experience required.
• Experience with large datasets and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial and regulatory reporting and analytics to maintain controls over the processes.
• Analyzes large datasets to improve risk-adjusted returns and drive profitable growth.
• Develops and monitors test designs and analytical reporting for portfolio strategies.
• Collaborates with business, data, and model partners to design and monitor data solutions.
• Translates business requirements into data-driven strategies and communicates insights.
