Job summary

Shield AI seeks a Capture Portfolio Analyst for the X-BAT FoS to strengthen pipeline analytics, long-range planning, and operating discipline across the capture portfolio.

This role owns Salesforce data integrity, enables data-driven prioritization and funding decisions, and partners with Finance and program teams to mature opportunities across near- to multi-year horizons. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, capture, or defense sector analytics.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with concise analyses.
• Experience using Salesforce for pipeline and reporting.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance and program teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated view of the X-BAT FoS opportunity pipeline across near-term, mid-term, and long-range horizons.
• Analyze opportunities by timing, expected value, probability of win, market attractiveness, and strategic relevance.
• Partner with Capture Organization to identify priority opportunities and recommend actions to strengthen the pipeline.
• Track changes in opportunity value, timing, stage progression, and forecast confidence; identify gaps and risks.
• Produce dashboards and reporting to show portfolio health and forecast changes.
