Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a forward-looking strategic vision for the Port.
  • Lead marketing, commercial negotiations, and long-term growth strategies to attract carriers, lines, and tenants.
  • Oversee all port terminal operations, engineering, finances, and workforce development.
  • Ensure safe, compliant, and resilient operations meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Drive capital projects and infrastructure delivery with strong stakeholder collaboration.
