The Port of San Francisco seeks an accomplished executive to serve as Assistant Port Director/Chief Operating Officer, reporting to the Executive Director. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration or related field is required.
• Six years of progressive municipal management experience, including 3 years at a division head level.
• California driver’s license required; insurability to be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Executive Director on business strategy, asset management, and organizational performance.
• Oversee operating divisions to ensure alignment with Port goals and public policy objectives.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to maximize the Port's asset value and performance.
