Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. is offering an Internship Program based in New York, NY. You will gain hands-on experience in regulatory surveillance within NYSE Regulation, working on systems, data analysis, and project support.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a finance-related degree, progressing to junior year, with strong Excel skills and exposure to SQL or Python. Two schedules are offered, with full-time in-office duties at the NYSE Regulation team.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program and advancing to junior year or higher.
• Interest in finance industry and leadership in campus activities is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL or Python or financial systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate key systems underlying regulatory surveillance and Exchange operations.
• Assess order and trading activity and investigate potentially improper trading through data analysis.
• Review exchange rules and securities laws to understand regulatory framework.
• Research and compile data as directed by NYSE Regulation staff for ad hoc projects.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned.
