Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public, business, personnel administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years in performance/project management with 3+ years in supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise department activities and budgeting.
• Oversee strategic planning and enterprise-wide project management.
• Facilitate policy management lifecycle and policy implementation.
• Coordinate data analysis across departments for decision support.
• Guide stakeholders with clear, data-driven communications.
