Job summary

Celestar is seeking a Content Editor (Policy & Strategy Analyst) at the Mid Level to support an important mission. You will work with a capable team to review analytic content, verify facts, edit for accuracy, and develop strategic recommendations across policy and doctrine publications.

The role requires strong writing/editing skills, an analytic mindset, and experience shaping strategic communications. A TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance is required; target salary is $96,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including recent work.
• Strong writing and editing chops with analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide substantive review of analytic content, verifying factual information for publication and editing for clear presentation.
• Develop strategic solutions with stakeholders to support current and future efforts.
• Analyze current policies to develop recommendations for strategic improvement.
• Develop and promote recommendations for strategic communication plans to enable organizational goals.
