Qualifications

• Proven ability to review analytic content for publication and quality control
• Experience drafting doctrine or governance documents and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provides substantive review of analytic content and ensures suitability for publication
• Edits for clear and cogent presentation and checks factual accuracy
• Verifies sources, figures, and terminology against ICD 200-series standards
• Leads drafting and editing of doctrine publications and chapters
• Conducts surveys and analyses to identify best practices for doctrine development
• Produces periodic analytical reports and supports Joint Planning processes
