Job summary

Axiologic Solutions is seeking a Policy and Capabilities Team Lead to oversee enterprise IT operations, maintenance, and support for a federal client. You will serve as the primary contractor lead, coordinating geographically dispersed teams and interfacing with Sponsor leadership on technical and programmatic matters.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to translate mission priorities into IT roadmaps and investment plans.

Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• 4+ years hands-on experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience developing decision-quality materials and executive briefings.
• Experience overseeing portfolio/program performance, resource planning, procurement, and vendor management.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing schedules, priorities, risks, and deliverables in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee enterprise IT operations, maintenance, enhancement, and admin support.
• Direct cross-location team efforts to achieve objectives and contractual requirements.
• Interface with Sponsor program authorities regarding technical and project matters.
• Develop and maintain procedures for efficient execution of activities.
• Brief PC leadership on status, risks, and milestones; monitor performance and resources.
• Provide regular updates to the Program Manager and support portfolio management and strategic planning.
