Job summary

Axiologic Solutions, based in Northern Virginia, is seeking a Chief Software Architect to lead software architecture, cloud migration, and DevSecOps initiatives for federal clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, shape scalable cloud strategies, and ensure delivery against contract requirements.

The role demands a strong technical leader with a TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor’s degree, and deep experience in AWS and Agile delivery models.

Qualifications

Ten or more years of CSA experience in software development and/or dev/sec/ops pipelines for large projects.
Proficient in AWS cloud environment and cloud-native architectures.
Experience leading cross-functional technology teams.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
Must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for legacy on-premises software architectures and cloud migrations.
Oversee software development and maintenance with Agile methodologies.
Ensure delivery of software meeting PWS requirements and targeted outcomes.
Facilitate Agile processes, events, and continuous improvement.
Guide implementation teams on legacy applications and cloud services priorities.
Oversee deployments, upgrades, and cloud architecture designs that are scalable, highly available, and supportable.
Deliver innovative product or service solutions addressing customer problems.
