Guidehouse is seeking a Strategy & Policy Advisor to support the Department of Homeland Security with high-visibility, mission-critical policy work across six integrated areas including strategic alignment, analytics, automation, process improvement, executive secretariat support, and content development.

You will work closely with DHS senior leadership, cross‑component stakeholders, and strategic planning teams to advance department‑wide policy execution and long‑term strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in strategy, policy, or program management.
• Strong writing and communication for senior audiences.
• Ability to collaborate in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.

Responsibilities

• Advise DHS leaders on strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Conduct policy research, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare executive briefings, memos, and strategic communications.
