Guidehouse is seeking a Business Analyst Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). You will work with DHS senior leadership to align strategy, analytics, automation, and process improvement across multiple initiatives.

This role involves translating business needs, coordinating with technical teams, and delivering executive-ready briefings. The role requires a federal/public trust eligibility, a Bachelor's degree, and 6+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Six (6) years of professional experience in business analysis, strategy, policy, program management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior DHS leaders on strategic priorities and organizational initiatives.
• Translate business needs into requirements and communicate constraints, risks, and options clearly.
• Lead elicitation, documentation, analysis, and management of requirements with stakeholders.
• Analyze processes, identify improvements, and produce deliverables such as user stories and specs.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and strategic communications.
• Support governance, planning, and performance management activities.
• Manage a small team of business analysts and drive cross‑functional collaboration across DHS components.
