Job summary

Pininfarina of America Corp. is seeking a Project Controller to optimize project execution and align the portfolio with business goals.

You will standardize processes, manage enterprise-wide capacity planning, and supervise subcontractor agreements in collaboration with finance and administration. The role collaborates with vertical PMs, drives continuous improvements, and supports commercial proposals in coordination with the commercial team.

Qualifications

• Education in business, PM, or engineering with a preferred master’s degree.
• Experience in PMO or corporate project management.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops project management frameworks, methodologies, and processes.
• Supervises the creation and maintenance of project documentation, archives, and databases.
• Monitors project risks and performance using dashboards and metrics.
• Generates project status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Works with Financial Analysts to produce financial reporting and forecasts.
• Ensures adherence to scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
• Analyzes portfolio and resource capacity planning.
• Drives continuous improvements in delivery and change management.
• Leads adoption of new methodologies, tools, and processes.
