Halliburton Landmark is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional PMO initiatives, align programs with enterprise goals, and deliver measurable business value. The role emphasizes strategy, execution, and value realization in a software delivery context.

You will oversee end-to-end programs, coordinate with sponsors, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong executive communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• 10+ years in Program/Project Management, preferably within a PMO or software/technical delivery environment.
• Systems Thinker with ability to use PMO tools and data systems to drive KPI tracking and reporting.
• Technical background to navigate complex software delivery environments.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights for executive leadership.
• Proven leadership to drive maturity in PMO frameworks and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution and reporting of multiple major customer-related Product Domain programs.
• Lead high-impact projects across geographies and product domains.
• Develop cost-effective solutions and confirm requirements with sponsors.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise goals and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Connect the disconnected and ensure projects support strategic direction.
• Drive PMO maturity and process improvements.
