HALE PRODUCTS, INC. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the PMO. Reporting to the Sr.

Director, PMO, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans and deliver measurable outcomes. This role requires strong planning, governance, and stakeholder management across Operations, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain. Remote-based in the US (Eastern/Central time zones) with travel as needed to support launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to build project plans, manage timelines, track milestones, identify risks, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic initiatives into integrated project plans with milestones and owners.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, issue trackers, and status reports.
• Drive execution discipline with clear priorities and decision rights.
• Establish governance routines, cadence, and escalation processes.
• Partner with leaders across functions to align projects with business priorities.
