Job summary

Landis+Gyr, a global energy technology leader, seeks a Manager, PMO Deployment to establish and control project management within the Customer Delivery portfolio. This role develops and refines PMO processes, governance, and reporting to ensure successful delivery of programs and adherence to scope, cost, schedule, and contracts.

You will lead a team of PMO Analysts, partner with functional managers, and support RFP responses.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in project management/PMO management.
Strong written communications for RFPs, strategy reporting, metrics.
Experience in the utility, telecommunications, construction or similarly regulated industries preferred.
Experience working in a PMO, ideally establishing or leading a PMO organization.
Strong understanding of PMI best practices.
Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a PMO function in daily support of the execution of delivery of our portfolio of customer projects and programs.
Develop and refine PMO processes and policies, influences project management staff, and works with other department leaders.
Defines the PMO service offerings and ensures adoption of methodologies and tools.
Monitor and report progress of the portfolio through governance, issues, risks, and metrics.
Lead a team that coaches and mentors less experienced project managers.
Support RFP responses related to program delivery functions and resources.
Design, develop, and maintain reports, metrics, and documentation for PMO and executives.
Travel up to 25%.
