Banco do Brasil Americas is seeking a PMO, Strategy & Performance Officer to work with the SVP of Marketing & Digital Transformation to establish and operate the Strategy & Performance Office for BB Americas’ 2027–2031 strategic cycle.

The PMO will translate the Strategy Book into clear plans with named owners, milestones and measurable results, coordinating across Finance, Clients, Technology and other teams, and providing reliable information for decisions.

Competenze

• Experience in PMO, strategy execution, and operations.
• Banking or regulated-industry experience preferred.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and ownership.
• Ability to work with data, dashboards, and project tools.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.

Mansioni

• Build the Strategy & Performance Office with templates, ownership maps, dashboards.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with owners and milestones.
• Maintain a single view of initiatives across divisions.
• Organize monthly executive execution reviews and track OKRs.
• Work with initiative owners to confirm progress and escalate risks.
• Prioritize initiatives by strategic value, urgency, capacity, dependencies.
• Coordinate the execution-unlock agenda on tech, processes, data.
• Support development and review of the strategic Business Plan and investments.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, IT, Ops, HR to align with policies.
• Track initiatives for revenue diversification and BB Securities integration.
• Support strategy communications and change management.
• Drive practical innovation and test small experiments.
• Keep records audit-ready and improve office processes.
