Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience with 5+ in leadership within life sciences/pharma.
• Experience delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/hybrid PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear execution plans, process docs, checklists, and delivery artifacts.
• Define client-specific implementation steps and standardize intake, planning, execution, QA, and handoffs.
• Manage resource loading, sequencing, dependencies, and realistic delivery commitments.
• Act as bridge between cross-functional teams and client delivery for status updates.
