Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Director, PMO to bridge business, product, agency, delivery, reporting, and technical teams, ensuring client work is understood, planned, and executed through a standardized operating model.

This role requires 8+ years in project management with leadership in life sciences, strong Agile/Waterfall expertise, and PMP/PgMP certification preferred; travel 10–20% is expected, enabling collaboration across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, including leadership roles within life sciences.
• Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects and delivering results.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business, product, agency, delivery, reporting, and technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into clear execution plans, process docs, and delivery artifacts.
• Define client-specific implementation steps and standardize intake, planning, and handoffs.
• Manage resources, sequencing, dependencies, and realistic delivery commitments.
• Act as gatekeeper to review new requests with product and business leaders before work begins.
• Ensure a stable, repeatable workflow and proactive avoidance of rework.
