Naval Nuclear Laboratory seeks a PMI Manager to lead the Project Management and Integration subdivision supporting SFHP, NEAP and IIER programs across NRF and Bettis. You will shape project management systems, drive planning, budgeting, risk management, and cross-site coordination with Naval Reactors and other DMOs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and management experience.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s + 4 years of relevant experience with leadership.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management systems for SFHP, NEAP, and IIER.
• Lead across Capital Projects to integrate efforts and drive decisions.
• Improve planning tools, monitor performance, and manage risks.
• Coordinate planning and budgeting communications to Naval Reactors and DMOs.
