Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Space Capabilities portfolio at Whole Foods Market. You will translate business needs into tool requirements, guide tool lifecycle, and collaborate with Senior PMs to align priorities and strategy.

You will own metrics and adoption across internal teams, driving stabilization, evolution, and future-state development of planning tools used across the physical retail footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 5+ years designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience.
• 5+ years experience in Space Planning software/tools: BY Space Planning, Apollo Spaceman, NextPOG, RELEX.

Responsibilities

• Own the space tool portfolio across domains and functions.
• Serve as the dedicated bridge between business teams and product development, translating customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Partner with Macro and Micro Space Planning & Development Senior PMs to gather business context and inform tool priorities.
• Manage tools through their full lifecycle: stabilization, evolution, and future-state development.
• Drive tool adoption and performance metrics across internal customers.
