Qualifications

• Strong CMMS experience, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed preventive maintenance work packages.
• Write clear work instructions with scope, sequence, and resources.
• Identify parts, tools, materials, and equipment for each work order.
• Perform field walk-downs to scope jobs and hazards.
• Identify required safety permits, including LOTO and JHA.
• Incorporate safety protocols and hazard analyses into work packages.
• Close out work packages accurately in CMMS after completion.
• Collaborate with Reliability Engineer to refine PM strategies.
• Incorporate technician feedback to improve PM plans.
• Maintain organized backlog and manage priorities.
