Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions is seeking a Program Manager in Legal and Compliance to plan, lead, and execute programs for the AS Legal and Compliance team. You will work with the VP, General Counsel and Compliance Officer and partner with Global Business Services, People & Culture, and Hexagon Corporate teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years managing Legal, Compliance, Risk, or enterprise program management initiatives.
Experience leading cross-functional programs in global environments.
Experience with legal operations, matter management, compliance, or governance processes.
Strong program management background (PMP or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end programs including planning, scope definition, execution, and closure.
Manage program timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Lead initiatives related to legal matter management systems and compliance tools.
Partner with Global Business Services and Corporate teams to support implementation and adoption of legal operations tools.
Ensure solutions improve risk management, visibility, efficiency, and cost control.
Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and government transactions.
Maintain program documentation, governance artifacts, and playbooks.
