Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions seeks a Program Manager, Legal and Compliance to lead end-to-end programs across the AS Legal and Compliance team. You will coordinate with VP-level counsel, Global Business Services, and corporate teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities include managing matter management tooling, AI-enabled operations, and governance frameworks while protecting confidential information in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing Legal, Compliance, Risk, or enterprise program management initiatives.
• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in global environments.
• Experience with legal operations, matter management, compliance, or governance processes preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience evaluating AI-enabled tools in an enterprise environment, including change management and adoption.
• Familiarity with responsible AI concepts and governance (privacy, data minimization, model risk).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programs including planning, scope, execution, and closure.
• Manage timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Apply PMO standards and governance practices across legal programs and initiatives.
• Lead initiatives related to legal matter management systems and compliance tools.
• Partner with multiple departments to implement legal operations tools.
• Ensure solutions improve risk management, visibility, efficiency, and reporting.
• Translate requirements into structured program plans and specifications.
• Define requirements for AI-enabled features including access controls and data governance.
• Monitor program health and resolve issues to achieve objectives.
• Maintain program documentation and governance artifacts.
